Shipping Policy

Our shipping vision is simple: get your MINI parts and accessories to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

That's why we're offering FREE Shipping on most orders $899+ (some exclusions apply! - see below) backed by secure Return Policy if you change your mind or need to make a return. We also offer extremely competitive rates for all other shipments including super-fast expedited options! We don't make you guess what your shipping charges will be - our real-time shipping methods and rates will accurately calculate and display in your cart at checkout.

For your convenience, during checkout you will see the below options to select from.

1. Economy: Which is commonly know as USPS Ground Advantage through the postal service.

2. Standard: The order will usually be sent via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

3. Expedited: The order will expedited via USPS Express or UPS Express.

See map below - orders ship from our location in Ramsey, NJ and times are based on shipment during normal business hours: 8am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Shipments are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. We strive to ship in stock orders placed by 2pm EST same business day or within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped once all parts are in stock. Any part(s) not in stock at our dealership at the time the order is placed are ordered and sourced through BMW, and typically take about 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Please Contact Us to request a partial shipment - additional shipping charges will apply.

In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost.
We do not ship internationally.
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
We do not ship COD orders.

Where's my order? How do I track it?

All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking # upon shipment. Please allow time for the tracking # to update in the shipping carrier's system. You can also check your Order Status here.

Is there anything you don't ship?

We do not ship BMW batteries, hoods, or windshields (sorry!). While we will ship them, we strongly advise against ordering large upper drip-rail moldings - such as those on the E46 or E9x 3 Series - for shipment as they're very fragile and require a huge shipping box that is very expensive to ship. We unfortunately don't offer BMW parts - even though they'll return a part # search - as we don't own a BMW franchise. What Free Standard Shipping exclusions apply?

Sorry - Free Shipping does not apply to expedited, oversized, overweight (60 lbs +), freight class, or HAZMAT orders, or to orders shipping outside the contiguous US (lower 48 plus Washington, D.C.). If your order contains both free shipping items and non-free shipping items, we'll do our best to combine them with the free shipping items as long as they fit inside the same box and don't greatly change the size or weight of the final package(s); otherwise - shipping charges based on those other items will apply. Orders must be at least $899 before shipping and handling fees in order to qualify.

Additional and important shipping information:

Due to the rising cost of packing materials, shipping surcharges, shipping dept labor, and our ongoing commitment to better and faster shipping, customer service and support - all orders incur a handling charge.
